This Emperor Caligula (Ruler from 37-41AD) coin depicts Pietas seated left with the inscription C CAESAR DIVI AVG PRON AVG P M TR P IIII P P PIETAS. The reverse depicts Gaius (Caligula) sacfrificing in front of a Temple. There is also DIVO, AVG snd SC (Senatus Consulto). The piece has a diameter of 3.5cm and a weight of 20g.
