Start2learn: Face Expressions Picture Communication Resource (PCR) – Autism Visual Aid Resource

The aim of our learning resource is to help build word vocabulary around face expressions. The cards help support learning for adults and children with autism / Aspergers / ADHD and other special educational needs. The cards encourage essential interaction, supporting verbal and non-verbal communication for individuals who find communicating difficult. Enabling them to learn and express how they feel. We initially developed this system for our non-verbal son who was diagnosed with autism at 3 years old. This essential interaction helped develop his speech, so we wanted to share it with other parents. This pack includes Happy, Sad, Guilty, Surprised, Sleepy, Hungry, Angry, Afraid, Excited, Laugh, Proud, Worried, Crying, Tired and In Love.
